Which is embedding private sector staff to work encryption, VPNs, and countering unlawful digital surveillance. Founding partners include the Bitcoin Policy Institute, framing Bitcoin as a tool against financial surveillance abroad. All the founding partners are Palantir, and one I've never heard of, Anjuril, and the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation.
